Positive: Все отлично.Немного маловата для нас комната была и жарко .А так все замечательно.

Nice stay in Durres Positive: The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they are the sweetest. Breakfast was delicious and we received bottled water to the room everyday. The location is very good, walking distance from everything. Negative: After 5 days, the breakfast becomes very monotonous and you get tired of the same things, as it is not very diverse. Also the breakfast area is shared with the bar that the hotel owns and there was a time when we didn’t have where to sit for breakfast.

Positive: We were very happy with our stay at Ermes Hotel. It is not at the heart of the city, but it is very close, with lots of shops and facilities around. I guess it has been renovated recently, and the rooms are decent in terms of design and quality of materials. Housekeeping staff deserve extra thanks, I appreciated their friendliness and excellent job. Negative: I just wish they had been more helpful with cash payments. I did not have the exact amount, and they did not have small banknotes in the register, so it was me who tried to find the exact amount.
