God beliggenhed - dårlig manager og service Positive: God beliggenhed, flot lejlighed Negative: Intet varmt vand på badeværelset efter gentagne klager, manageren var virkelig dårlig i sin kommunikation, og skabte unødvendig uro, han sagde der var styr på det, men fejlede mange gange. Samt ankomsten var også en rigtig dårlig start, da vi ikke fik de informationer som gjorde vi var i tvivl om korrekt ejendom, indgang og parkering ved ankomst, så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse på grund af manageren håndtering af vores ankomst og udfordringerne med varmt vand under vores ophold.

Wonderful apartments and location Positive: My colleagues from work and I have decided to go to Durrës for the trip and found these wonderful apartments near the city center and the beautiful walking path next to the sea. We were located in 5 apartments and each apartment was very modern and comfortable. The shower is very flexible with 3 modes and the kitchen is very big and had everything we needed. 3 nights spent here were worth of money we have paid. The view from the apartments (one had sea view) and the location of the apartments are wonderful. The check-in and check-out were smooth and the hosts were kind to explain everything to us. There was a parking which was important for us. We will recommend the apartments to family and friends.

Positive: Loved the location, close to the beach, amazing restorants a short walk away. Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Negative: To park your car in the garage, you had to pay extra.

Nice apartment, spacious and in a good location, with parking for extra €. Positive: The apartment is so bright and spacious, lots of storage and room, lovely balcony and a comfortable bed! The kitchen also had everything you’d need and more ! Great location Negative: The washing machine was broken, we had to drain it 3 times and each time several coins came out as it was completely blocked, so maybe avoid the washing machine. We also checked in and no one was there to check us in, which we had no problem with. However when communicating with someone over WhatsApp about instructions and how to pay, I assumed we’d have a visit in the morning to take payment (we were there for 2 nights), but they insisted on it then and there. I asked if they could come first thing to take payment as it was 10:30pm and late, and we were staying another night, but we had a loud knock on the door, completely ignoring my request. I think it’s incredibly unprofessional that they insisted on coming that late in the evening. I’m very understanding about the importance of taking a payment, but maybe if you don’t have people available to check guests in, you should have to pay prior to the stay.
